Holiday Food Drive

The Family Resource Center is sponsoring a holiday food drive again this year. We want to make sure everyone has a festive holiday season. 

  HOW:                   Please bring food items such as:

§     Canned goods like pie filling, soups, fruit….

§     Boxed goods like stuffing, cereal, potatoes …

§     Rice and beans

§     Other holiday fixings

WHERE:              You can drop these items off in your child’s classroom, the main office or upstairs at the Family Resource Center.

WHEN:                We will be collecting contributions from Monday, November 24 until Tuesday, December 16th

Please contact Lamont Snaer if you want to give a cash donation or if you are in need of assistance this holiday 644-8537.  Also if you can help with preparing food boxes by either wrapping or filling boxes on Dec. 16th or 17th please call or email me.

Green Schoolyard Work Party & Potluck

Please join us for a Green Schoolyard Work Party THIS Sunday, December 7th from 10am-1pm. Come meet other members of our school community and beautify the yard at the same time! Kindergarten tours are underway and we need your help to get the schoolyard looking its best.

What:   Rosa Parks School Garden Work Party & Potluck Brunch
When:  Sunday, December 7th from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Where: Rosa Parks School!
Why:    We need your help to keep our schoolyard looking its best!
