I have been teaching for 16 years and loving it! Before I came to Rosa Parks School, I taught in Oakland Unified and before that, in San Francisco Unified and at a residential/day treatment facility for emotionally disturbed students. I received my BA, Special Education credential, and Emotional Disturbance certification from San Francisco State University. I earned my CLAD credential at New College of California. I’m excited to work at Rosa Parks, a place where my colleagues and I strive towards building a strong community and cultural understanding, promote family participation, and collaborate to create a strong network of resources to support our students.
